Candidates should be graduating from an undergraduate or master’s degree program between July 2023 – July 2024. We welcome applications from candidates studying any degree subject.

  

Tasks:

The full-time Analyst Program is a two-year journey designed to empower and support Analysts in connecting their personal passions and strengths to BlackRock’s mission, principles and purpose. The program begins with an orientation to learn about our purpose, business and strategic priorities – all while gaining insights into the day-to-day life of an Analyst at BlackRock.

  

Following orientation, Analysts join their business area and stay connected with colleagues across the globe through ongoing training and professional development. This program offers Analysts the chance to have a lasting impact on the firm and contribute to our greater collective purpose to help more and more people experience financial well-being.

  

Throughout the program Analysts will have an opportunity to do meaningful work with diverse colleagues across the globe, all with the support of a company that’s committed to their well-being and invested in their success.

Requirements:

While we do not require fluency in Hungarian for any of our Budapest roles, you must speak English at a proficient level.

Our team delivers analytical insights to investment and risk professionals within BlackRock and to our Aladdin clients. We also provide oversight of our fiduciary and enterprise risks by developing and delivering risk management solutions and tailored advice.

Business Management & Strategy – Business Management

Drive key initiatives, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ensure coordinated delivery of our capabilities.

  

Business Operations – Data Operations & Investment Operations

We are responsible for processes required for the end-to-end investment management process, providing operational support to BlackRock’s portfolio management teams and client groups.

   

Legal & Compliance - Compliance

Compliance ensures the firm satisfies its regulatory obligations, protects its reputation, and provides advice to and partners with the business to meet our clients’ expectations. The team facilitates global business activities while protecting BlackRock from regulatory, reputational and related economic risk.

   

Technology - Software Engineering & Technology Operations

Build and support Aladdin, the technology platform that powers our firm and the investment industry as a whole. Utilize sophisticated technology to develop applications, deliver custom solutions and ensure a superior user experience. Our technology teams are responsible for designing, building and supporting our Aladdin platform used by our investment and risk teams and clients.
